These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Vibrant Global Realtors (VGR) consultant portal. By registering, signing in, or continuing to use the portal, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Notice.

If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the portal.

You must provide accurate personal, contact, and bank details. You must be legally able to enter into a consultant relationship with VGR under applicable Nigerian law.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Sharing your password or allowing another person to use your account is prohibited.

Unless separately contracted in writing, you participate in the VGR network as an independent consultant. You are not an employee of VGR. You are responsible for your own taxes, professional conduct, and truthful representations to clients.

The portal is provided for legitimate VGR business activities: lead and client management, property marketing, team building, training, commissions, and related operations.

You must not misuse the portal, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data, interfere with other users, or use the system for unlawful purposes.

Referral links and codes determine upline placement at registration. Once confirmed at signup, network placement is recorded in the official genealogy and is not changed except by authorised VGR administration.

You must not misrepresent your upline, manipulate referral codes, or register duplicate accounts to gain network advantage.

You must market properties honestly, disclose material facts, and treat clients and prospects professionally. False claims, pressure selling, or misuse of client data are grounds for suspension.

Marketing materials provided through the portal are for VGR business use. Do not alter official materials in a way that misrepresents the company, a property, or commission structures.

Leads, clients, viewings, reservations, and deals recorded in the portal constitute the official business record for commission and performance purposes.

You must enter accurate transaction information. Falsifying sales, payments, or client details may result in commission reversal, account suspension, or termination.

Commission calculations follow VGR policy, property terms, and recorded deals. Approved commissions may appear in your wallet and are subject to finance review and payout rules.

Payouts require valid bank details and completed KYC where requested. VGR may withhold or reverse commissions where fraud, chargebacks, or policy breaches are identified.

Rank promotions and performance metrics are calculated from portal data according to published VGR rules. Attempts to game rankings through fake deals or duplicate accounts will be rejected.

You may be required to submit identity and proof-of-address documents. VGR may verify, approve, or reject submissions and restrict payouts until verification is complete.

You grant VGR permission to store and review KYC documents for compliance, audit, and payout purposes.

Academy courses, announcements, and marketing assets are provided for consultant development. Completion certificates and progress records may be used for compliance and recognition.

The portal, branding, training content, and official marketing materials remain the property of VGR or its licensors. You receive a limited licence to use them for authorised VGR business only.

VGR may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, applicable law, or company policy. Consultants may request account deletion through administration, subject to retention requirements for commissions, disputes, and legal compliance.

The portal is provided on an "as available" basis. VGR does not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VGR is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from portal use.

Property availability, pricing, and investment outcomes remain subject to developer terms and market conditions.

VGR may update these terms. Material changes may be communicated through the portal or dashboard. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be handled according to VGR policy and applicable courts in Nigeria.
