This Privacy Notice explains how Vibrant Global Realtors (VGR) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you use the consultant portal, client portal, and related services.

We may collect:

- Identity and profile data (name, email, phone, photo, date of birth, gender, address) - Consultant identifiers (Realtor ID, referral code, designation, rank) - Network and team data (upline, downlines, team membership) - KYC documents (government ID, proof of address) - Bank and payout details (bank name, account name, account number, Paystack bank code) - CRM and transaction data (leads, clients, viewings, deals, payments, commissions, wallet activity) - Technical data (login sessions, IP address, device/browser information, audit logs) - Communications (support messages, notifications, email delivery metadata)

We use personal data to:

- Create and manage portal accounts - Operate the referral network and genealogy - Process leads, clients, deals, commissions, and payouts - Verify identity (KYC) and meet compliance obligations - Send transactional emails (verification, password reset, invites) - Provide training, announcements, and performance reporting - Prevent fraud, secure the platform, and investigate abuse

We process personal data under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and applicable law, including:

- Performance of your consultant relationship and portal services - Legal and regulatory compliance - Legitimate interests in securing and operating the network - Consent where required (for example, accepting these notices at registration)

Certain data is visible to authorised roles as required by the product, including:

- Upline and leadership (referral structure, team directories, team performance) - Finance and operations staff (commissions, payouts, KYC review) - Administrators (account management, compliance, audit)

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We use trusted processors where necessary, including:

- Paystack — payment collection and bank account verification (when configured) - Cloudinary — profile photos and document uploads (when configured) - Resend or SMTP — transactional email - Hosting and database providers — secure infrastructure

These providers process data only to deliver their services to VGR.

The portal uses essential cookies for authentication and session management (for example, portal_session). Optional "remember me" extends session duration on your device up to the published limit.

We retain data for as long as your account is active and as required for commissions, tax, audit, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. KYC and financial records may be retained after account closure where law or legitimate business needs require it.

Subject to NDPR and applicable law, you may request:

- Access to your personal data - Correction of inaccurate data - Deletion where no legal retention requirement applies - Restriction or objection in certain circumstances

Contact VGR administration to exercise these rights. We may verify your identity before responding.

We apply administrative, technical, and organisational measures including access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), role-based permissions, and audit logging. No system is completely secure; report suspected breaches to administration promptly.

The consultant portal is intended for adults participating in the VGR network. It is not directed at children under 18.

Primary processing occurs on infrastructure selected by VGR. Where data is processed outside Nigeria, appropriate safeguards will be applied as required by law.

We may update this Privacy Notice. Material changes will be communicated through the portal. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
